Matt Little

Matt Little has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matt is currently the Director of Business Operations at Future. Prior to that, Matt was the Founder and Consultant at Little Business. Matt also co-founded Nice Thing Going and served as the Co-Founder until January 2024.

Before their current roles, Matt worked at Atlas Obscura as the Interim Executive Director and Project Director. At Atlas Obscura, they oversaw brand studio operations and established strategic product marketing and experiential event strategies.

Matt also held multiple positions at Man Repeller, including Director of Strategic Initiatives, Head of Operations, and Director of Business Operations. Matt managed expansion initiatives, production and monetization of experiential business units, and cross-functional alignment efforts.

In addition, Matt worked at KnowMe Systems, Inc. as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in the company's acquisition by Apple. Matt also held various roles at BuzzFeed, including Business Strategy Manager and Business Operations Manager, where they managed sales pipeline management and improved operational efficiency.

Matt's earlier work experience includes positions at FTI Consulting as a Consultant, where they developed applications to improve processing time, and Wellspring Advisors, where they served as an IT Intern, conducting vendor evaluation and database creation.

Matt also interned at GE as part of the Information Management Leadership Program, where they analyzed and configured a project management system.

Overall, Matt has a strong background in business operations, strategic initiatives, and project management, with a focus on driving growth and efficiency in various organizations.

Matt Little completed their education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Information and Process Management in 2011 and a Master's degree in Information Systems in 2012. Matt also obtained a certification in "Designing a Business" from IDEO U in the year 2020.
