Pat Reinhardt

Patricia Reinhardt is a Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors with close to 30 years of experience guiding financial turnarounds, joint venture negotiations as well as mergers/acquisitions. She is known for providing a calm voice in stressful situations and working with diverse stakeholders to work toward optimum outcomes.

Patricia works closely with G2’s dedicated financial advisory team, specializing in both operational and financial situations. Pat brings in-depth advisory experience across a broad range of industries with a consistent focus on business services including executive search, staffing, IT, professional services, as well as consumer services agencies.

In addition to her role with G2 Capital Advisors, Pat’s established reputation in the financial advisory market has paved the way for a seat at the table of Board of Directors for a number of industry partners. Most notably, Pat serves as a Director on the board for ELM Electrical, Inc. a leading provider of electrical systems & services across the Mid-Atlantic. Additional Board of Directors served include KLD Research & Analytics, a leading provider of risk management and corporate governance services as well as Package Machinery, a leading manufacturer of all high-speed over-wrapping machinery for consumer product applications.

Prior to joining G2, Pat spend over a decade running her own restructuring advisory firm, Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC. Under her leadership the firm successfully advised businesses within the lower middle market located regionally across the New England landscape. Before launching Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC – Patricia served as a Managing Director at DRS Capital, LLC., a private equity fund local to the Boston Area, CEO of Digi-Block Inc., an educational products company, and President of BOTEC Analysis Corporation, which provides economic analysis of public policy issues.

Pat earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
