Kaitlyn Olmstead

Kaitlyn Olmstead has held various roles in the Quality Assurance field since 2013. Kaitlyn began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Perficient, Inc. (Formerly Zeon Solutions) in 2013. In 2016, they held two positions simultaneously, as a Desk Clerk at the Ann Arbor District Library and as a Site Admin at Gerard Cosmetics. In 2017, they became a Quality Assurance Specialist at Human Element. In 2018, they co-founded Lake Wares and in 2019, they were appointed as the Head Of Quality Assurance at Gambyt (formerly Interaction Gaming).

Kaitlyn Olmstead attended Eastern Michigan University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Language, Literature and Writing. In April 2015, they obtained a ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
