Bill Rice

Bill Rice has extensive experience in management and law enforcement spanning several decades. Currently serving as Virginia State Manager at Powerhouse Gaming since February 2021, Bill Rice has held various roles within the company, including Assistant State Sales Manager and Sales and Service Specialist. Prior to this, Bill Rice was the General Manager at FRONT ROYAL LODGE NO 829 LOYAL ORDER OF MOOSE from February 2018 to February 2021 and at WOODSTOCK LODGE NO 575 LOYAL ORDER OF MOOSE from March 2016 to January 2018. Bill Rice also served as a Law Enforcement Officer (Lieutenant) at Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office from July 1986 to July 2013 and was the Company Owner of Safety Concepts, LLC from January 2004 to August 2010. Bill Rice holds a degree in General Studies from the University of Louisville Department of Criminal Justice and graduated from Central High School.
