Maximiliano Garcés obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Maximiliano then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) at The University of Texas at El Paso, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
