Maximiliano Garcés

Maximiliano Garcés has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Maximiliano is currently working as a Firmware Engineer II at GameChange Solar since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineering Leader at maximatecc from March 2021 to April 2022.

Maximiliano worked at Aptiv from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles. As an Electrical Engineer, they worked from July 2018 to March 2021. Maximiliano also served as a Software Project Manager from June 2016 to August 2018, where they were responsible for tracking error reports, ensuring on-time delivery of software packages, and implementing corrective actions.

Before Aptiv, Maximiliano worked at Delphi for a significant period of time. Maximiliano was a Senior Software Engineer from June 2014 to March 2016 and coordinated the workload of the software engineer team. Maximiliano also coached junior software engineers and removed obstacles in project development. Prior to this, they were a Lead Software Engineer from March 2012 to June 2014, leading the development of driver software for Cadillac Reconfigurable Instrument Panel. Maximiliano performed change management activities and followed Delphi's common process for software development.

At Delphi, they also worked as a Software Engineer from January 2010 to March 2012, developing and maintaining drivers for the Cadillac Reconfigurable Instrument Panel. Maximiliano worked as a Software Test Engineer from February 2009 to January 2010 and designed and executed unit and integration tests using various tools. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer from October 2007 to February 2009, writing source code for embedded systems related to airbag deployment. Maximiliano also served as a Test and Verification Engineer from July 2004 to October 2007 and designed tests for airbag modules and coordinated team efforts.

Throughout their career, Maximiliano has developed strong skills in firmware engineering, software development, project management, and testing.

Maximiliano Garcés obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Maximiliano then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) at The University of Texas at El Paso, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
