Emma Shrubsole

Emma Shrubsole is an experienced Channel Support Manager at Gamma since June 2018, where the focus is on supporting Channel Partners with Ethernet and CPN products. Prior roles at Gamma include leading the Broadband and WLR provisioning team. Previously, Emma served as Senior On Boarding Team Leader at Chess Ltd, overseeing a 20-person team responsible for provisioning telecommunication services for new and existing customers. Emma's career began at Chess Telecom Ltd, where various team leader roles were held in Corporate Customer Services, emphasizing pro-active customer care. Earlier experience includes working as a Wedding Coordinator at Shrigley Hall Hotel and in administration at C&C Catering Equipment Limited. Emma holds a foundational education from St David's High School.
