Implementation Team Lead

Job description

We are looking for an experienced customer success leader to join our dynamic implementation team. As our new Implementation Team Lead, you will oversee the successful completion of projects and ensure that the team meets all established goals and objectives. You will be expected to guide and support team members, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other departments to ensure project success. 

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in project management from a no-code SaaS environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading successful teams.

Responsibilities include

  • Having an overview of the project status by each team member and their capability, capacity, and availability for the foreseeable future

  • Ensuring each team member has a development plan in Lattice, covering general team goals as well as personal goals

  • Training each team member in the software implementation of the GAN platform and associated tools and processes

  • Building close relationships with CS members and R&D

  • Coaching and mentoring team members around workload

  • Acting as the escalation point for team members on project, platform, and process issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of implementation consultants for configurable SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an enterprise customer-facing SaaS company
  • Experience implementing GRC solutions
  • Experience with low-code/no-code configuration tools is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical projects and ensure on-time delivery
  • Experience with project management software and processes
  • Solid technical understanding and a general understanding of technologies such as AWS, SaaS, Cloud, and System Integration – and the ability to hold technical discussions with customers
  • A higher education in a relevant field is preferred
  • Impeccable communication skills and fluency in English
  • Passion for customer success and making life simpler with technology

  • Improve Time to Value (deliver time to value within customer’s expectations)
  • Improve Gross Margin
  • CSAT >90% on project deliveries
  • Reduce Escalations (customer escalations, internal escalations to R&D)
