Dan Vagie

Daniel Vagie is a Scientific Software Engineer at Ganymede since May 2023, previously serving as a Data Scientist at Aitia from December 2021 to March 2023. At Aitia, Daniel Vagie developed pipelines for processing clinical genomic data and created causal AI disease-specific Digital Twins, enhancing software reusability. Notable achievements include authoring an abstract that identified three genes as causal predictors of survival in Multiple Myeloma patients, which contributed to the company's visibility at the ASH conference. Daniel Vagie also worked at the University of Oklahoma from August 2016 to December 2021 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant while pursuing a PhD in Physics, after obtaining a Master's degree in High Energy Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
