Feron Hassen

Feron Hassen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career in 2012 as an Events & Project Coordinator at Cantaloupe & Co., where they were responsible for overseeing construction, interior design, maintenance, and detailing. They then moved on to Maritime Placements (PVT) Ltd in 2014, initially working as an Executive Coordinator before being promoted to Senior Account Management Executive and eventually Manager of Client Servicing. In 2018, Feron Hassen joined 3NY Holdings as the Group Business Development Manager. They later worked at Bellvantage (Pvt) Ltd as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition in 2019, before joining Food Studio SL as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration. In this role, they were later promoted to Manager of Human Resources and Administration. Currently, Feron Hassen is working at Gapstars as a Human Resources Business Partner and has recently been promoted to the position of Lead Human Resource Business Partner.

Feron Hassen pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2021 at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM). Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Feron obtained a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
