Katerina Vourlogianni currently serves as Talent & Performance Manager at GasLog Ltd., where responsibilities include shaping the talent agenda and implementing talent review processes to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Katerina held various roles at Lee Hecht Harrison, culminating in the position of Talent Development Director and Country Head for Greece, overseeing talent development strategies, team management, and client engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Adecco Group, managing recruitment projects across diverse sectors, and as Career & Alumni Officer at The American College of Greece, focusing on professional development for graduates. Katerina Vourlogianni holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Deree College.
