Elaine Dray

Elaine Dray currently serves as Regional CHRO for North America at gategroup since February 2021 and has been Head of Human Resources for Gate Group Canada since October 2017. With extensive experience in human resources, Elaine held the position of Head of Human Resources at Maple Lodge Farms in early 2014 and served as SVP Human Resources at Carillion Canada Inc. from 2004 to 2012. Additional roles include Director Compensation at Rouge Valley Health System and Director Human Resources at The Scarborough Hospital. Elaine Dray holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from York University.
