Annika Dobrski

Annika Dobrski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as the Global PMO Manager at Gates Corporation since June 2018, Annika leads the IT Program and Project Management Office, ensuring compliance, performance measurements, and analytics for strategic projects. Prior to this role, Annika built the IT PMO from the ground up at QEP Resources and served as Global PMO Manager at MWH Global Inc., focusing on strategic planning and process improvement. Annika's experience includes supervising project teams, delivering numerous successful projects, and holding various roles at MWH Global Inc. and Rhythms Netconnections. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
