Jessica Dole

After a brief career as an accountant, Jessica found her way into Human Resources when she realized that she was much more interested in people than in numbers. Since then she has spent her time supporting employees and identifying opportunities to help them grow while also tending to the larger objectives of the organizations she has worked for. As GBBN’s Director of Learning & Development, she continues to support employee growth as she helps the firm foster a culture of learning. When Jessica’s not in the office (or shuttling her three sons between sporting events), she likes to relax with a book and some coffee.
