Darin DiTommaso has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Darin started their career at GE Aviation in 1988 and held various engineering leadership roles, including Engineering Leader and Executive in Preliminary Design and Systems Technology, where they oversaw engine programs and advanced military projects. In 2013, they established GE Aviation's software and data science/analytics team and led the development of prognostic and operations software applications. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Military Engineering and later the GM of Digital Services and Solutions. Darin joined NASA as the Vice Chair of the Aeronautics Committee in 2019. In 2021, they moved to GE as the Vice President of Engineering at GE Edison Works. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Engineering at GE Aerospace Defense and Systems.
Darin DiTommaso holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. Darin also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University.
