Alihusein Mohamedali

Alihusein Mohamedali is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and service delivery. Currently serving as Information Technology Technical Support at Precision Glass Industries since December 2022 and as an IT Support Technician at Geeks on Site since November 2022, Alihusein has honed skills in troubleshooting and providing IT solutions. Previously, Alihusein held significant positions at SCI Tanzania Ltd, including Information Technology Service Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager, overseeing a team of 55 Service Engineers and 5 Helpdesk Assistants. Additionally, Alihusein has extensive experience in project management and customer support from roles at NMB Bank Plc and Service and Computer Industries (T) Ltd. Alihusein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.
