Bas Wendt is currently employed as a Junior Project Leader for Climate and Sustainability at GEMEENTE VELSEN, providing support to the program manager for the Environmental Law since November 2022. Wendt also completed traineeships in physical domain and organizational management through Public Support. Prior experience includes a role as a trainee at Public Support, contributing to various assignments in the public sector, and involvement in production development at Edumundo. Additionally, Wendt has held internships at the Atlantic Commission and ROC Mondriaan, where research focused on improving the transition from secondary vocational education to higher education. Wendt gained foundational experience in qualitative market research at Kantar TNS. Academically, Wendt holds a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on European Union Studies and has completed a pre-master’s program in the same field at Leiden University. Wendt also holds a VWO diploma from Bonaventuracollege Leiden.
