Venu Gopal Yadlapati

Venu Gopal Yadlapati is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Currently serving as the Assistant Engineering Manager at Gemfields Plc since February 2020, Venu Gopal leads the Engineering department, ensuring optimum availability of the mining fleet, processing plant, and supporting equipment. Prior to this role, Venu Gopal worked as a Machinery Superintendent at AGRI-CHEMICALS LIMITED, focusing on the maintenance of generators and heavy machinery, and provided technical guidance during major overhauls. Venu Gopal also gained experience as an engineer in maintenance at Thriveni EarthMovers Pvt. Ltd, managing the maintenance and operations of various heavy earth-moving equipment. Additionally, Venu Gopal served as an Automobile Engineer at The Andhra Sugars Ltd, where responsibilities included workshop tasks and condition monitoring of heavy machinery.
