Nicola Caselli

Nicola Caselli has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Cuoco at GEMOS since November 2023. Previously, Nicola held the position of Cuoco capo partita at NH Hotel Group from April 2018 to November 2023, and worked as Cuoco at Sfogliamo @Fico Eatalyworld from November 2017 to March 2018. Earlier roles include Capopartita at Hotel Cosmopolitan Bologna, Chef De Partie at Palazzo di Varignana Resort & SPA, and Capopartita at Savhotel. Nicola's culinary journey began with positions such as Capopartita at Ristorante Intercenter Bologna and Chef de partie at Hotel Royal Carlton.
