Ahmad Alzkeri

Ahmad Alzkeri is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development Department Manager at the General Entertainment Authority since June 2021. In this role, Ahmad focuses on best practices in areas such as organizational design, total rewards, performance management, and HR strategy. Prior to this, Ahmad worked at Saudi Aramco in various capacities, including Benefits Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, and Workforce Analyst, contributing to compensation design, asset liability management, and strategic workforce consultation. Ahmad also gained actuarial experience at Saudi Re and Malath Insurance. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and participation in leadership programs at London Business School and Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the same institution.
