Ryan Stelzer

Ryan Stelzer is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and external operations. Currently serving as an External Operations Manager at General Mills since March 2013, Ryan previously held the title of Operations Manager in the Cereal department and Site Leader. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Saint-Gobain Containers from July 2003 to February 2013 as a Production Manager, overseeing a team of 60 employees and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards were met in a 24/7 glass container manufacturing facility. Ryan holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and an MS in Operations Management and Supervision from Michigan State University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
