Cleberson Cesar Câmara

Cleber Camara, MBA, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT services and user experience management. Currently serving as IT Services and User Experience Manager at GM Financial since September 2014, Cleber leads initiatives aimed at enhancing user engagement through the "Zero Friction" strategy and improving self-service capabilities. Previous roles include IT Services Manager and Brazil Service Desk Team Lead at GM Financial, as well as positions at VS Telecom, Nova Mercante de Pápeis Ltda, SPSS Brasil, and Convex Internet Data Center. Cleber holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Management from FIAP and an undergraduate degree from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto.
