Justin McCombs

Justin McCombs is an experienced IT professional with a background in managing IT service desks and mobile device administration. Currently serving as IT Service Desk Manager at Genesco since August 2015, Justin has a proven track record of overseeing over 500 devices within the MDM system, creating troubleshooting documentation, and training new users. Prior roles include Mobile Devices Administrator at Advanced Technology Services, where Justin designed and implemented an MDM system, and desktop support positions at both Genesco and Caterpillar Financial. Justin's earlier career includes leadership and training roles in sales and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business from Columbia State Community College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Edison State Community College.
