Shauna Schacht

Shauna Schacht, MBA, serves as the Director of Population Health Operations at Genesis Healthcare System since November 2020, overseeing the organization’s value-based care operations and leveraging population health data analytics for growth opportunities. Previously, as an Administrator, Shauna managed physician compensation models and conducted performance analytics for nearly 150 employed physicians. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Practice Manager at Mount Carmel Health System, where Shauna achieved significant increases in operating margin and net revenue, and as Physician Office Manager at OhioHealth, overseeing operations and improving patient satisfaction. Shauna holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Ohio University.
