Peter Jung

Peter Jung currently serves as the Head of Data (CDO) at Genki since July 2022. Peter holds extensive experience in leadership roles, including as the Geschäftsführer and founder at Bayes GmbH since September 2014, and as Principal Data Scientist at niologic since January 2019. Additionally, Peter is a member of the Aufsichtsrat at GFU Cyrus AG and previously led analytics at KI group HQ. Early career highlights include managing a mobile development team at appgenco and serving as a business consultant at d-fine GmbH, where expertise was applied in building various financial analysis systems for German banks. Peter holds dual PhDs in Theoretical Physics, obtained from Technion Haifa and the University of Cologne, and an Abitur in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Gymnasium Kreuzgasse.
