Brian Beardsley

Brian Beardsley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brian began their career as a TACP - Forward Air Controller in the USAF from 1999 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, Brian served as the Plans and Readiness Officer in Charge for the US Air Force. Brian then transitioned to a civilian career in logistics and supply chain management. Brian worked at Mallinckrodt as a Senior Transportation Analyst for Nuclear Medication from 2006 to 2007, where they managed corporate projects and capital improvements for the national pharmacy network. Brian then joined Covidien as a Global Supply Chain Manager from 2007 to 2011, overseeing all aspects of the temperature controlled supply chain. Brian joined Teleflex Incorporated in 2011 and held multiple roles including Raw Materials Manager, Packaging Production and Raw Materials Manager, and Product Manager for Surgical Marketing until 2016. In this position, they were responsible for managing product portfolios, developing market demand, and implementing growth strategies. Currently, Brian is the Director of Business Development at Gentex Corporation, where they focus on identifying new technologies and startup companies for potential partnerships or acquisitions to secure future revenue streams.

Brian Beardsley earned an MBA from Webster University between 2007 and 2010, with a focus on Business with MNGT and Leadership Emphasis. Prior to that, they obtained a BAAS in Occupational Education from Texas State University from 2002 to 2003. Beginning in 1999 and finishing in 2001, Brian also completed an Associates degree in Information Management at Air Force Community College.
