Maria de Lourdes Mendoza has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage market. Maria de Lourdes has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations & Loss Management at Genworth Financial Mexico, Director of Mortgage Credit & MOS Project Manager at Ge Money, and Mortgage Credit Manager at GMAC Hipotecaria. Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated expertise in startup operations, mortgage underwriting, policy servicing, mortgage collections, loss mitigation, strategic planning, team leadership, operational improvement, and negotiation. Maria de Lourdes'sstrong analytical skills, operational control, and customer-centric approach have been key to their success in the industry.

Maria de Lourdes Mendoza completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidad Anáhuac from 1983 to 1987. Maria de Lourdes then pursued a specialization in Business Management (Dirección de Empresa D1) at IPADE Business School from 2014 to 2015. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Project Management from OBS Business School / Universidad de Barcelona from 2019 to 2020.
