Tania Tantubai

Tania Tantubai has over 12 years of experience in HR and training. Their recent experience includes working as a Sr. HR Manager at Genzeon and as an HR Manager at TRUGLOBAL. Previously, they were the HR Operations Manager at Agile Cockpit, Assistant Manager of Training Delivery & Operation at Xebia India, and worked in Learning Delivery Operations at TeamLease Skills University. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate in Training Delivery at NIIT Limited and JK Technosoft. Tania Tantubai began their education in 2002 at P. & T. Senior Secondary School, where they earned a Diploma in Commerce. From 2004 to 2008, Tania studied Commerce at Delhi University, earning a B.Com degree. In 2012, Tania enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management to study Human Resources Management and Services, earning their PGDHRM degree in 2014. Later, in 2018, Tania pursued a Diploma in Training & Development at the Indian Society for Training & Development, specializing in Workforce Development and Training, they completed the course in 2019.
