Travis Horsley

Travis Horsley has extensive experience in public sector management, analytics, and business development. Currently serving as the Contract Price and Analysis Manager at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services since August 2015, Travis has held various roles, including Audit Supervisor and IT Business Analyst, and has earned GCPA certification. Additionally, Travis was a City Council Member for the City of Hapeville from January 2018 to January 2022. Previous experience includes roles at McMaster-Carr, TOHL, Waffle House, and academia, where contributions spanned customer service, innovative product development, and policy research. Travis holds multiple degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, including a Master of Science in Public Policy and two Bachelor of Science degrees in International Affairs and Public Policy.
