Christopher Ruppen

Christopher Ruppen, P.G. is an experienced professional in geohazard mitigation and infrastructure management, currently serving as Energy Services Director of Project Development at GeoStabilization International® since January 2019. In this role, Christopher is responsible for customer support and safeguarding assets in the Energy Sector, focusing on areas such as Oil & Gas, Pipelines, and Renewable Energy. Prior to this position, Christopher served as Operations Manager for Infrastructure and Mining Manager at Michael Baker International, managing projects in civil, municipal, and geotechnical domains. Christopher began work at Michael Baker Jr., Inc. as a Geotechnical Manager, contributing to the company's success from March 1985 until January 2015. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Conservation of Natural Resources from Kent State University.
