Jillian Gerardo

Jillian Gerardo has extensive experience in business services and analytics, currently serving as a Business Services Manager at GEOTAB since October 2015. Previous roles at GEOTAB include Internal Support Systems Lead, Customer Analytics Team Lead, and Data Analyst/Business Systems Analyst. Prior to GEOTAB, Jillian held positions as Orders Analyst and nTouch Customer Service Representative at Strategic Telecom Solutions from June 2014 to October 2015. Jillian's early career includes serving as IT Manager at HS Brands International, overseeing computer systems management from November 2009 to February 2014, and as Office Manager at Vegas Legal Support Services from July 2007 to November 2010, managing operations and staff. Jillian holds an Associate's degree in Computer Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Henderson and completed a program in Managing with Intent at Communitech Academy in 2020.
