Susan Finan

Susan Finan has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles at multiple companies. Susan is currently working at Geron Corporation as a Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Geron Corporation. Before joining Geron Corporation, Susan worked at Immunomedics, starting as a Human Resources Associate and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to Immunomedics, they gained experience at GENPACT LLC as an Interim Assistant Benefit Administrator and at Alere, Inc. as an Interim Human Resources Generalist. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Director of Employee Care at Continuiti National Interim HR Staffing.

Susan Finan attended Montclair State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bloomfield High School from 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Susan became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in November 2015 through SHRM and obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011.
