Laura Tacho

Laura Tacho has a diverse work experience in engineering leadership and coaching roles. Laura currently serves as the CTO at DX, a platform for improving developer productivity. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Leadership Coach at Laura Tacho Consulting and served as the VP of Engineering (interim) at Nova Credit. Laura also held the position of VP of Engineering at Aula, a social learning platform, and had leadership roles at both CloudBees and Codeship. Additionally, Laura worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CenturyLink Technology Solutions and as a Senior Software Developer at HP, where they specialized in Ruby, Rails, Python, Django, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and associated testing frameworks.

Laura Tacho has a BA with Honors in History and Communications (Radio/TV/Film) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Laura also holds a Master of Science (MS) coursework in Computer Science from DePaul University. Additionally, they have obtained a Teaching Certificate in Type 22 and 23 from Dominican University.
