Nikita Radchuk

Nikita Radchuk is a seasoned project management professional with expertise in modernization projects, currently serving at Münchner Wohnen since August 2023, focusing on large-scale modernization initiatives valued between 6 to 25 million euros. Previously, Nikita worked as a Project Engineer at Och Statikdesign from September 2019 to May 2023, where extensive experience was gained in planning and executing structural engineering projects with budgets up to 10 million euros. Earlier roles included a working student position, preparing implementation plans, and a student internship at Wolfgang Sorge IB Bauphysik GmbH, which provided valuable exposure to building physics and data analysis. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
