Jennifer Scheib is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer success, program management, and accounts payable. Currently serving as Supervisor of Accounts Payable at Promega Corporation and Advisor for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Jennifer also holds a leadership role in Strategic Partnerships and Leadership Networking at Gain Grow Retain. Previously, as Head of Client Success at BossmakeHer, Jennifer led strategic initiatives for client success operations. Jennifer's background includes a position as Professional Development Consultant at CUES, where collaboration with executive leadership enhanced talent development in the credit union and NPO sectors, and as a Customer Success Manager at Esker Inc., where efforts focused on improving customer experience through training. Jennifer's career began at Promega Corporation as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
