Regina Taylor

Regina Taylor has a diverse work experience that spans various leadership roles. Regina currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Community Initiatives Officer at Arkansas Foodbank, where they oversaw strategic planning and coordination of community initiatives to address hunger and wellness issues. Regina also served as the Volunteer Experience Director at Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, where they were responsible for integrating volunteer support systems and services. Before that, they worked as the Executive Program Director at Greater Second Care Center, expanding programming and services for youth, families, and the elderly. Regina also served as the Camp iRock Coordinator and Director at Arkansas Minority Health Commission, developing camp curriculum and structure. Regina started their career as the Community Programs Director at Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, focusing on membership growth and recruitment of underserved populations.

Regina Taylor's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in February 2019 and Certified Volunteer Manager certification from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in May 2018.
