Lena Budd

Lena Budd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Volunteer Experience Manager at the Girl Scouts of Western New York since August 2015, where responsibilities include supporting administrative volunteers across Monroe County in areas such as policy, recruitment, retention, and conflict resolution. Previously, Lena worked as a Community Engagement Specialist responsible for member recruitment in various counties and as a Program Facilitator Specialist overseeing afterschool programs for underserved girls in Rochester. Prior experience includes serving as an Americorps Member at RCSD School #10, working as a Shoe Sales Associate at Macy's, and community outreach with NYPIRG. Lena also gained managerial experience as a Student Manager at Syracuse University Food Services and interned with the City of Rochester. Lena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Syracuse University.
