Crystal Romero is a seasoned content marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Voice of the Customer Content Marketer at Gladly since July 2023, Crystal previously held the position of Director of Content at Thankful, where efforts focused on enhancing customer service through AI-driven solutions. With a strong background in content marketing, Crystal also worked as a Senior Manager of Content at GoodRx, a Senior Manager of Content Marketing at TaskUs, and engaged in multiple marketing roles at Genea.
