Gemma Ragozzine

Gemma Ragozzine is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Gladly since April 2017, where previously Gemma held the position of Software Engineer. Prior to that role, Gemma worked at Goldman Sachs from July 2015 to March 2017 as a Software Engineer, and also gained experience as a Technology Analyst Intern at Goldman Sachs from May 2014 to August 2014. Gemma's early career included a position as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2013 to January 2014, supporting Professor John Kender in the Honors Introduction to Computer Science course. Gemma holds a degree from Columbia University, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2015, and graduated from Commack High School in 2011.
