Michael Hirabayashi

Michael Hirabayashi is a software engineer who currently works at Gladly. Michael has previous experience working as a software engineering associate at Accenture, where they collaborated cross-functionally for Kaiser's Clinical Call Center application. Michael also has experience working as a student network technician at Santa Clara University, where they were responsible for configuring and installing Cisco 3750 series network switches, troubleshooting Cisco 1130 and 3600 series wireless access points, and testing fiber optic cables using Fluke Networks testing tools.

Michael Hirabayashi received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. Michael then attended App Academy to study web development.

Michael Hirabayashi reports to Matt Baker, Director of Software Engineering. They are on a team with Sean Neden - Sr. Software Engineer, Patrick Burd - Sr. Software Engineer, and Gemma Ragozzine - Sr. Software Engineer.
