Sam Kleinman

Sam Kleinman began their work experience as a Technical Writer at Linode in 2009. Sam primarily focused on writing and researching tutorials for system administration practices. In 2011, Sam joined Varonis as a Technical Communications Specialist, where they worked on various marketing projects and wrote materials to support the sales force. The same year, they also started working at MongoDB as a Staff Engineer, where they contributed to build systems, continuous integration, and release automation for the Core Server team. Sam spent three and a half years as the founding technical lead of the MongoDB documentation effort. In 2020, they joined Coder as a Staff Engineer and worked on developing engineering projects. Sam then moved on to Interchain GmbH in 2021, where they worked as a Software Engineer. In 2022, they joined Neon @neondatabase as a Software Engineer and later became an Engineering Lead at GlareDB in 2023.

Sam Kleinman attended Beloit College from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA degree in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies. Prior to attending college, Sam attended Metro High School, although specific dates and degrees are unknown.
