Pia Posio

Pia Posio is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of Communications, Marketing & IR at Glaston Corporation since February 2021, Pia previously held significant positions at Wärtsilä, where responsibilities included leading global internal communications and managing communications culture. Prior to Wärtsilä, Pia was Head of Communications at Amcham Finland, where a modern communications function was developed for a large community of international businesses. A substantial portion of Pia's career was spent at IBM, where multiple roles focused on brand enhancement, media relations, and marketing strategy spanned from 2000 to 2016. Pia holds a degree from the University of Lapland, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
