Mugisha Emmanuel

MUGISHA Emmanuel is an accomplished Architecture Specialist at the Ministry of Health in Rwanda since July 2022, overseeing the status and renovation of healthcare buildings. In conjunction with this role, MUGISHA serves as a Global Health Corps Fellow and has been the CEO and Founder of ARCHPARK DESIGN GROUP since January 2020, leading design teams and collaborating with various stakeholders on project execution. Previous experience includes working as an Architect at LUXURIA INTERNATIONAL from December 2019 to May 2023, ensuring design implementation, and serving as a Software Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at IPRC NGOMA from October 2021 to June 2022, where MUGISHA taught software skills for architectural design. MUGISHA holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Rwanda, completed in 2020.
