Lawrence Dang

Lawrence (Rui) Dang, PhD, FRSA, currently serves as an Expert at the UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab and an Associate Professor of Economics at International Alatoo University, where teaching responsibilities include subjects such as Development Economics and Health Economics. In addition, Lawrence holds the position of Program Director for the Online Postgraduate Diploma/MSc in Applied Health Economics at Learna | Diploma MSc, and works as a Medical Guideline Translator for the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Involved with the World Health Organization and the European Commission on various initiatives, Lawrence is also a member of Club Climate Europe’s Board of Directors and participates in several esteemed networks, including the OECD forum and the European Science Foundation College of Expert Reviewers. With a robust academic background, including a PhD in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum, Lawrence has taught postgraduate courses on Demography and Economy at Gdańsk University of Technology since 2019.
