Kim Shippey

Kim Shippey has extensive experience in non-profit leadership and strategic donor engagement, currently serving in multiple roles including Strategic Donor Engagement for Homes For Heroes Foundation and Senior Consultant for Global Philanthropic Inc. (Canada). As Director of Development, Marketing & Communications at New Circles Community Services, Kim has successfully increased major giving and foundation funding significantly. As Executive Director of Lynnwood Arts, the role involves championing local artists and managing a vibrant gallery. Additional contributions include board membership for organizations such as AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter and SEED HHN, as well as leadership roles at KMJ Consultants and various non-profits to create impactful development plans. Kim holds multiple music degrees from prestigious institutions including Western University and Royal College of Music.
