Tianzhe Qian

Tianzhe Qian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management, particularly in managing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) for numerous clients across notable financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Global Shares since March 2021, Tianzhe oversees significant ESOP plans for clients in Asia, including a major regional client with a valuation of $5.8 billion and over 45,000 participants. Prior to this role, Tianzhe excelled as an Assistant Manager in Client Services at Computershare, where accomplishments included maintaining relationships for over 60 clients listed on major exchanges and leading a team that achieved high customer satisfaction rates. Experience also includes roles at Siemens Financial Services, Citibank China, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, complemented by an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business and a finance degree from Jilin University.
