Samantha Joy

Samantha Joy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Samantha currently holds the position of Director, Global Customer Onboarding at Turnitin since October 2022. Prior to this, Samantha worked at ExamSoft, starting as an Associate in February 2010 and progressing through various roles such as Senior Account Manager, Client Success Partner, Supervisor, Client Success, Client Engagement Manager, and Manager, Engagement & Implementation. Samantha also has experience as an Account Manager at Aristotle International and as an Account Executive at Catalist.

Samantha Joy earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in fields such as virtual team management, change management, customer education, and project management, among others.
