Mathilde Stefenel

Mathilde Stefenel has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Manager Assistant at Sushi Shop from April 2012 to December 2014. Mathilde then worked as a Food Runner at Hotel Crillon le Brave from May 2015 to December 2015. In 2016, they served as a Chef de Rang at Hôtel Le Mas Candille for a period of three months. Mathilde continued their career as a Bar Staff at The Anchor from June 2017 to September 2017. Later in the same year, they worked as a Chef de Rang at Saint Pierre from October 2017 to January 2018. Following this, they joined Marché des Eclusiers as a Barista from June 2018 to October 2018. In 2018, they also became a part of GlobalStep, where they held various roles, including LQA Tester from November 2018 to December 2019, Localization Project Coordinator from December 2019 to September 2021, and currently serving as a Project Manager from July 2021 to the present.

Mathilde Stefenel attended Institut Stanislas and earned a Baccalauréat degree in Literature. Additionally, they studied at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, where they completed L2 in English literature.
