Peter Drell

Peter Drell is a seasoned GIS Data Analyst at Golden State Water Company since August 2019, specializing in the installation and maintenance of ArcGIS Enterprise Environments, ArcGIS Online, and FME Server. Responsibilities include updating deployments for ArcGIS desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and FME desktop via Citrix XenApps. Previously, as an intern in the Engineering and Planning department, Peter conducted GIS maintenance, feature service publication, webmap creation, process mapping, and data scripting. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant Biologist for HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc., focusing on Salmon Redd surveys, and working as a Research Technician at Romberg Tiburon Center for Environmental Studies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Limnology from San Francisco State University, obtained in 2014.
