Tina Burroughs

Tina Burroughs currently serves as the Curriculum, Training, and QC Supervisor at Goldfein, LLC, where management of a team of Learning and Development Specialists focuses on fostering a culture of Subject Matter Experts and driving innovative improvements across the company's operations. With experience in creating and assessing training resources, Tina has also held positions as a Negotiator Team Lead and Total Loss Negotiator, demonstrating strong analytical skills in process improvement and quality control. Prior to Goldfein, Tina worked as an Independent Contractor for Nordstrom and as a Teacher at Learning Care Group, contributing to student development through Georgia’s Bright from The Start curriculum. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of the Southwest.
