Lance Meeks

Lance Meeks is an experienced professional in community engagement and criminal justice, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona since April 2014. In this role, Lance manages youth drop-in centers, overseeing programming and services aimed at addressing the needs of local youth, while also collaborating with various organizations and stakeholders. Previous positions include serving as the METRO/REC Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at Goodwill, where responsibilities included program coordination and youth training supervision. Additionally, Lance is an Adjunct Instructor in the Administration of Justice Studies Program at Pima Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and Iowa Central Community College, respectively. Prior experience encompasses child protective services and corrections classifications in different state organizations.
